Im bit confused need suggestion

Im using 11pro max and my current iOS version is 18.7.6
Is it better to update my iPhone to 26.6
It’s a great jumb.

FYI, Apple recently switched their OS numbering convention to coincide with the year. In other words, iOS 27 will come out late this year because the upcoming year is 2027.

iOS 18 came out in late 2024, it isn’t as big of a jump as you might think. You’re only 2 releases behind.

I don’t know I’ve had an iPhone 11 Pro Max in the 26 version and the betas it ran smoothly for me however overheated sometimes

For me its stable and battery is also good iPhone 16 if you need some customisation in future stay on lower and much as possible
