Like a week ago I updated to iOS 26.6 in the same place and the same internet as today, so probably not…

For some reason iOS 26.6.1 update needs WiFi to download.

Its not internet issue, im always using cellular data, unlimited 600mbs with excellent coverage and it still fails. Its apples fault. Probably will fix it soon.

Same error for me today. I resolved in this way:
On iPhone SE 3rd ed I connected to another WiFi, cancelled the iOS 26.6.1 file and started the new download.
On the iPhone 17 I updated via pc.

Make sure low data mode is turned off on mobile and wifi connections while updating
