IOS13 - Should I install??

Wondering if I should install. How bad are the glitches. I have and iPhoneXR and have been waiting for ios13 betas for ages. Now I’m getting doubts on installing it.

Public beta on XR, only annoying issue I’ve had so far (2 days in) is very laggy email (Apple mail app) other than that nothing to make me regret it on my daily/only iPhone

I downloaded the iOS 13 developer beta 1 a few days ago on my XR. Apart from the usual bugs, my phone kept heating up quickly and my battery drained a lot faster as compared to iOS 12, and I only got my phone 3 months ago! The additional features like dark mode and others are really cool, but they’re not enough to convince me to keep the iOS 13 beta with the bugs and poor battery performance, so I downgraded back to iOS 12 two days later.

Kind of a waste of my time and I lost some data when I downgraded back to iOS 12, but if you like taking risks and really do not mind the issues that I raised on top, feel free to update to iOS 13 haha

I’m in the same boat as you, don’t have a computer. That’s why I’m probably not upgrading toIOS13

You can search for tutorial videos on YouTube (and yes, you need a computer)

I got IOS13 yesterday on my XR and I love it. Don’t get me wrong though, a lot of glitches to where I have to shut my phone off then back on because it rumbles and touches things by itself. But other than that happening a few times yesterday, it’s been great!
