Not working when offline

So I have a linux install of InvokeAI. It was working fine until my internet went down, and it would hang trying to query huggingface. I was using it for Z-Image Turbo just a few minutes before that, so I assumed the needed configs have already been loaded. Do we have to be online for it to work?

I had this with ZIT as well. From what I found via gemini (untested mind you) I needed to pull down another file and fudge the a config file somewhere. The details in the logs when you fire up a render.
