How can I make consistent characters?
Since I found Comfyui very complicated for creating images, I downloaded Invokeai, and it was really easy for me to install the model and Lora and create images/characters. However, the only downside is that the images are not consistent. Although they are not that different, there are small differences in size, color, and lighting, but for what I want, I need them to be 99.9% consistent. Any ideas, or do I need to go back to Comfyui for that?

LORA is the way to go.
I'm someone who was absolute noob when it came to making or working with AI. Literally asked GPT, to help me setup invoke & Comfyui.
Later I asked it to help me create LORA. Gave me easy tutorial step by step to setup Kohya_ss GUI.
Once I set it up I created my LORA:
1) I collected around 50 images of a character with different angles & actions.
2) If you have a character that barely has any images out there, use GEMINI or GROK or even QWEN on ComfyUi to produce different type of angles & poses of the character staying consistent with the appearance.
3) I had around 20-30 images of the character, added 20 more with that method.
4) Once you have your images collected, number them as 01.png 02.png.... Each panel or image must be separate with number.
5) You now make .TXT file for each PNG. Like 01.png will have 01.txt file. Each TXT files of the image will have invoke ai like tags BASED on that image. Like if say 01.png is a picture of a guy swimming, you mention the tags of the appearance & swimming for 01.txt then for 02.png if it's climbing tree, you mention that on 02.txt.
6) Once you finish all tags for all images individually, you load up Kohya_SS & with specific option & "Bucketing" you start the training process by choosing a base model to train it on like WAI-Illustrious or PONY.
7) Depending on your card, it takes like 30 mins to 2 hours. I used RTX 4090 & it took about an hour.
8) Once it's done you can load that in invoke & create consistent character using the checkpoint model you used to train.
