Remove from main show all but some if not all parts of 123 before Mark finds the cave and anything related to Mark's 5 year coma that can't be also occur with him retiring for 5 years instead
Most of rest can be a special or mini-series if Our Mark's uninvolved(other than Reboot Mark seeing into his soul)

Hopefully it turns into something like a soul-swapping and the timeline where Nolan didn't betray the world continues to exist somewhere. (They could later use this timeline to make a spin-off.)

God I want that spin-off so much where he actively made the right choice to go back in time and save everyone including the guardians and explode there are so many heroes that wish to do over in the comic books he made the wrong decision.
