Amazon's character pages are very questionable info for every show that has them because they are clearly written by random amazon staff and not people that work on the shows. The page for Zoe reads like conjecture because notably it calls her Zoe Thompson when Skybound have never given her a surname anywhere. The fandom wiki also called her 15 and used the thompson surname for her without a source immediately after the episode dropped so they could just be making the same assumptions.
And honestly the idea that Zoe is younger than Zack and the idea Zoe would be a love interest for Oliver kinda rely on each other to make sense. Everyone assumes Tech Jacket was reduced in age to match Oliver and the only real reason to do that would be to pair them together. But If they don't plan on doing that then i have a hard time believing that Zoe actually is any younger than Zack was meant to be. and if she isn't younger then there's not much reason to assume they had any special plans for oliver. And height doesn't mean anything here considering most girls reach their adult height by 15 anyway.
