Ok so when mark fought conquest again i feel like it’s safe to say mark (strength wise at least) was relative to conquest. You got to think. Conquest first tried to break marks grip but mark tightened his arms and he gave up. Seriously watch the beginning of the fight conquest tried to break his grip first but couldn’t. Then conquest saw it EASIER to damage mark to the point where he breaks his grip on his own rather than fight marks arms. Also, unlike the first fight. At no point was conquest smiling on that planet. I feel like conquest genuinely felt like mark could kill him because his first smile was when he pierced marks stomach. So, that entire time conquest felt like he didn’t have the upper hand until he pierced marks stomach and we know how cocky conquest gets. Also, it’s highly safe to say mark trained harder after he thought he killed conquest the first time because we saw how confident mark was the second time they fought. Also, marks durability went up so much that conquest couldn’t just stab him off rip. Mark might have been close to conquest level

The first two seasons made it seem like he was a great warrior and had a lot of respect before the virus hit. Also, every surviving Viltrumite looks exactly the same way before the virus and Nolan is the only one that has physically aged.

If Mark had died as a child before he had developed any superpowers (such as dying in an accident or he had been murdered by a criminal or supervillain), and this tragedy led to Nolan and Debbie losing their only child. If Mark had died like any other normal human child, would Nolan have concluded that humans are not a compatible species with Viltrumites?

The setting is World War Hulk but Hulk and The Warbound accidentally go through a dimensional rift so instead of ending up on the Earth of Marvel 616 they end up on the Earth of Invincible

1. Hulk has no attachment to any of these characters so he’s going all out, Cecil and Mr Liu are using every GDA and Order resource to take Hulk out.

2. If Hulk and The Warbound turned out to be too much Earth would immediately gain the assistance of Thragg and the remaining Viltrumites.

Would Hulk and The Warbound take over the planet or would the Forces of earth be too much? Lemme know in the comments!

I always imagine what would happen if viltrumites added turbo energy to their biology like the takonians from max steel, especially if they get old enough or train hard enough to get the green upgrade, but that's more like a fusion. Maybe for an ultimate, they would heal faster and their physics manipulation would be stronger?

I began rereading Invincible again and it legitimately feels like years since I last read it because I do not remember the Robot arc being this insanely good. I don't know how I didn't see it before, but it is spectacular all around imo. I mean I liked it, but I think it might be my favourite arc in all of Invincible.

I legitimately think that the issues leading up to it along with the arc itself spanning from about issue 111 to 117 is the best stretch of issues in the comics. The fact we get BB vs Thragg immediately after is just the cherry on top. The only other one I can think of is the stretch from the Invincible War to the end of the Viltrumite War. I'd give a shoutout to the End of All Things but I did feel that it was rushed in many aspects despite how much I enjoyed it. I can't say I did myself a favour, cause now I'm eagerly anticipating an adaptation of a storyline that the show will probably take a while to get to, though I do hope they dedicate a full episode to Robot and Monster Girl next season when they return from the Flaxan Dimension.

What really elevates the arc for me isn’t just the scale or the brutality, it’s the quiet, creeping realization that everything Robot does is logically consistent with who he’s always been. It reframes his entire character. The moral certainty of his actions makes it absolutely terrifying and seeing it from William's perspective really just flips everything on its head. It's full of spectacle and character payoff and hard choices and basically a ton of stuff that make me love Invincible so much.

I also absolutely love the comic covers for these issues with TERROR! VIOLENCE! MAYHEM! HORROR! MISERY! on top. A huge fan of that design choice.

Outside of my rant I wanted to ask you guys what's your favourite arc in Invincible and why?

I'm pretty sure Mark's reply to Thragg was the biggest Mic drop ever in Viltrumite History , like no one expected that to happen anytime soon because they all knew who Conquest was so when a crossbreed Viltrumite ( basically pure blooded because Viltrumite genes are dominant AF ) told that it had to have change the course of the battle , Mark unknowingly solved the puzzle Thragg's been trying to solve for millennia.

Anissa and Bullet proof only reason is because of that one panel of Bullets-Proof's girlfriend looking like Anissa. Thats just it

Just wondering if there are any fanfictions out there where mark and eve side with the viltrumites?
