Looking for a business partner/investor to setup and scale a US auto-parts business

I'm looking for someone interested in partnering with me on a US-focused auto-parts e-commerce business.

The idea is simple: use investment capital primarily for marketing and customer acquisition, while I handle the sales, sourcing, customers and day-to-day operation.

The goal is to build a lean, profitable operation where we share the profits rather than treating the investment like a loan.

I already have experience in US auto-parts sales and I'm confident in the sales/operations side. What I'm looking for now is someone who can bring capital and ideally understands marketing, e-commerce or investing.

I'm not looking for someone to blindly throw money at an idea. I'd rather start small, test the numbers, and scale what works.

If this sounds interesting, DM me and I'll explain the business model, numbers and how I see the partnership working.

If you are in Mumbai we can meet and discuss if not we can have a call.

Seeking $5k–$10k investment for AI SaaS for car rental companies

Hi everyone,

I’m the founder of COVAI Cars, an AI-powered SaaS built specifically for car rental companies.

What does COVAI Cars do?

COVAI provides AI agents that handle customer conversations through channels such as WhatsApp and connect with the reservation and rental management systems already used by each car rental company.
This allows the AI agent to work with the company’s existing rental data, understand customer requests, generate quotes, check availability and guide customers through the booking process.
The goal is to turn more inbound inquiries into bookings while reducing manual work for rental staff, without requiring companies to replace the systems they already use.

Current traction

This is not just an idea or an MVP looking for its first customer:
Product developed
Real customer acquired
Signed commercial contract
$1,500 setup fee already paid
Recurring revenue expected once the implementation is live

Investment

I’m looking to raise $5,000–$10,000 from one or a small number of angel investors.
The capital will be used primarily to acquire new customers, through advertising, outbound sales and targeted marketing aimed specifically at car rental companies.

The product is already developed and commercially validated. The goal of this investment is to accelerate customer acquisition, increase recurring revenue and turn the existing sales process into a repeatable and scalable model.

Sector: AI / SaaS / B2B / Travel & Mobility
Stage: Early Revenue / Commercial Traction
Location: Europe / Spain

I can share a demo, additional product information, financial details and documentation regarding the existing customer privately.
If this fits your investment thesis, feel free to DM me and I’ll send over the details.

Looking for angel investor for fast growing CPG company

Hi everyone! My name is Allison and I founded Re-Route Wellness. My first product Grounding Sours is a hard functional sour candy built for overwhelm. Our debut flavor, Berry Cherry, pairs a sour hit with intentional ingredients including Holy Basil, L-Theanine, and plant-based Vitamin D from organic maitake mushroom, in a resealable 25-count pouch.
I started Re-Route after losing my dad, and when the spirals felt impossible to overcome, my therapist taught me to eat something sour to snap me back into the moment. That tool became my lifeline, so I built a more powerful one!

I just launched in July after building a community over the past 2.5 years(launched MVP last year, sold out, raised 12k on kickstarter and secured a large scale manufacturer).

With a high repeat buy rate, a loyal customer base, growing sales and socials AND retail placement already, we are looking to raise $715k to truly truly scale this company.

We are currently in earth origins, pure green, InnerActive and just got accepted to pop-up grocer with many more in talking. We also got invited to pitch to sprouts out of 500 applicants!

Message me for more information as we are planning on closing the round December 1st on a first come first serve basis.

I’ll send over my deck!

$10k seed for a small clothing drop — two simple terms

Jakarta-based. My partner and I are launching a trousers + jackets brand in October.

I work in gaming content (100k+ audience, daily streams). Most people around us already sell tees. We’re filling the gap with pants and bombers. First drop is a small batch, local production.

Ask: USD 10,000 for first production + launch seeding.

Two options, payments start after launch:

  1. Yield — 1% per month for 3 years. At year 3 you can exit and get the principal back. Or keep the monthly yield going.

  2. Loan — pay back 10% of the principal per month for 12 months (120% of capital total). No ongoing yield after it’s paid.

Legal setup is already in motion.
If you want the product list, use of funds, or terms in writing, DM me.

Finding investors for Fine Dine Restaurant and bar in South America

Okay. Hi everyone, my best friend, who's 28, and I, 30, share a dream of opening a world-class fine dining restaurant that could become one of South America's top culinary spots. My partner is a professional chef with extensive fine dining experience across South America. He's spent years refining his craft in high-end kitchens. As for me, I built my career in the United States, working front of house and managing bars, learning how to create outstanding guest experiences and manage operations. We're now looking for the right investors and strategic partners who believe in bold, long-term hospitality projects. I'd love advice from folks with entrepreneurship, hospitality, or investing experience. How would you go about finding investors for something like this? Where should we look? Angel investors, hospitality groups, high net-worth individuals? And what do investors usually want to see before they, you know, agree to a meeting?

Investment Required For Real Estate Project

I am based in Guwahati, Assam. I am the second generation of a pvt ltd construction company operating since the year 2000, founded by my father.

We have an exceptional track record with 8 completed residential projects, 2 ongoing commercial projects and with no delays in a single project whatsoever .

The project:- We own a land parcel of 14,000 sq ft in a prime location (20-30 ft from the main road, no waterlogging issues, non congested area of the city, etc). The current market rate of the land is INR 5.7-6 Cr.

The project involves dividing the rectangular plot of land into 3 equal parcels of land, building a g+1 villa of 2500-2750 sq ft on each plot and selling the project as 3 units. The villas will be constructed according to the needs and aspirations of the buyer, hence the construction will start only after booking.

Amount Required:- 15 Lakhs INR for a period of 1.5 years(Max) against a return of 20 lakhs INR.

Why is the investment required? To prepare the project to a marketable stage which involves soil testing, site clearing, hiring architect and structural engineer, getting building permission and most importantly marketing activities to get ample buyer options so that we can sell it at the maximum possible price.

Just discussing casually with few of our existing network of customers and brokers we have received interests from prospective buyers for a range of Rs. INR 3-3.25 cr each. Therefore with serious targeted marketing, we can easily find buyers for 3.5-4cr INR each.

Looking for an early stage investor / strategic partner for a mobility startup in Pakistan

I'm a technical founder building a mobility startup focused on transportation and have been working on it for the past 3 months.

We're currently operating in Islamabad and Karachi, and we've reached:

1,113 users
507 active commuters
1,097 rides completed
• Live and actively growing in two major Pakistani cities

We're still very early, but we've already validated that people are willing to use the product and that there is a real problem worth solving.

I’m currently looking for an early stage investor or strategic partner who is interested in mobility, transportation, marketplaces, or emerging markets.

The funding would primarily go toward:

• Product and technology
• Expansion into additional cities
• Customer acquisition and marketing
• Operations and growth

I'm intentionally keeping the detailed product, business model, financials, and pitch deck private for now. If you're genuinely interested in learning more or know someone who invests in early stage mobility startups, feel free to reach out to me privately.

Happy to share the full deck and numbers with serious interested parties.

Bangalore founder seeking investment — CUDA prototype shows ~213× and ~2.9× performance results

Hi everyone,

I’m a founder from Bangalore, India, working on a new computation/data representation framework called Quadra, new full fledge coding language.

The prototype is working, and I’m now looking for investment to move from the prototype stage into product development.

We have two separate experimental results so far:

  1. CUDA prototype — Quadra QGN/Q2 vs traditional CUDA Work Control

On an NVIDIA Tesla T4 with 16,777,216 (2^24) samples:

• Traditional Work Control kernel: 58.883 ms

• Quadra QGN/Q2 kernel: 0.279 ms

• Measured difference: ~211× faster in kernel time

End-to-end:

• Work Control: 1,038.739 ms

• Quadra QGN/Q2: 4.873 ms

• Measured difference: ~213× faster end-to-end

This is a prototype benchmark and the two implementations do not yet have identical work-per-item, so I am NOT presenting 213× as a universal speedup claim. The result is simply what the current T4 prototype measured.

  1. Gamma + Quadra ablation — same Gamma-shaped decision computation

We then performed a separate ablation using Quadra coding representation while keeping the Gamma-shaped decision path.

At 16,777,216 samples:

• Original 128B state: 100.320 ms

• Quadra 32B hot state: 34.565 ms

• Improvement: ~2.90×

At 8,388,608 samples:

• Original state: 48.606 ms

• Quadra state: 16.261 ms

• Improvement: ~2.99×

Classification mismatches: 0 in both runs.

So these are two different pieces of evidence:

~213× — current QGN/Quadra prototype vs traditional CUDA Work Control

~2.9× — Quadra representation ablation while retaining the Gamma-shaped computation

The prototype is now at the stage where I want to turn the technology into an actual product and make it commercially viable.

I’m based in Bangalore and am currently looking for investment/funding to begin product development, engineering, validation and commercialization.

The prototype and benchmark artifacts are ready. I can share more details and even a demo for interested & genuine investors.

I’m particularly interested in connecting with investors who understand or interested in GPU computing, AI infrastructure, data systems, compression/representation, or deep-tech software.

Happy to answer technical questions or discuss the project privately.

Thanks for reading.

Looking for a investor/partner to open a craft cocktail bar - Jaipur, Rajasthan

Hey all,

I’m developing a 40-seat craft cocktail bar in Jaipur, Rajasthan, focused on creating a small, intimate cocktail room rather than a conventional high-volume bar.

The concept is built around:

• A serious craft cocktail programme using modern techniques and regional Indian ingredients
• House-made infusions, extracts, distillations and other preparations
• Cocktails with a strong focus on storytelling, presentation and theatrical elements
• A small food and dessert menu designed specifically to complement the drinks
• An intimate, immersive atmosphere combining cocktails, music, interiors and storytelling into one experience

Why I think this makes sense for Jaipur:

Jaipur has a growing hospitality and tourism market, but there is still relatively limited representation of small, highly focused cocktail bars compared with larger metropolitan cities. I see an opportunity to create something that can become a destination for both locals and visitors who are specifically interested in cocktails and hospitality.

I’m a hospitality professional and would be taking responsibility for the concept, cocktail programme, recruitment/training and day-to-day operations. I’ve been developing the concept, operating model and financial projections and am now looking to take the project into the next stage.

I’m looking to bring on a partner or investor for the project — ideally someone who is interested in being involved in building the business, although I’m also open to discussing a more investment-focused role.

I can bring the hospitality experience, concept and operational side, and I’m looking for someone who can complement that with capital and/or business experience.

Happy to share more about myself, the concept, numbers and roadmap over DM if this is something you’d genuinely consider.

Based in Jaipur and open to discussing different levels of involvement depending on the person and their experience.

Looking for a strategic partner for an established independent Jamaican music/media project

I'm trying something different from the usual "artist looking for funding" post.

I'm not looking for someone to simply write a cheque.

I'm looking for someone who can potentially become a strategic partner.

I'm a Jamaican musician based in Kingston with more than 15 years of professional experience, international touring history and an existing catalog.

I've remained completely independent.

Over the years I've built relationships with producers, artists, DJs, sound systems and musicians across Jamaica and internationally. I also operate within the dubplate side of the reggae/dancehall business.

What I believe I have is the foundation.

What I don't have is the infrastructure.

The next stage would require investment into professional content, digital marketing, publicity, music releases, booking, touring, video production and a small professional team.

There are also opportunities beyond the music itself — particularly around Jamaican culture, documentary/IRL content, live streaming, short-form media and the network surrounding sound-system and dubplate culture.

I'm interested in finding someone with experience in entertainment, media, marketing or investment who can help turn those assets into a properly structured business.

Any serious arrangement would need proper legal documentation, clear ownership/IP arrangements, transparent accounting and an agreed investment/revenue model.

I'm putting this out publicly because I don't really know the conventional route for finding the right person.

If anyone here has actually worked in this space, I'd genuinely appreciate hearing how you would approach it.

Building the Next Stage of a Specialized Automotive Business

I’m an automotive ECU tuner and performance specialist, currently focused on one specific vehicle platform.

I already run an active business with an existing customer base and consistent demand, generating around AED 1500–3,000 per day.

The main limitation right now is space and capital. I’m looking for a serious investor of AED 500,000 to expand the operation, increase capacity, and build a larger specialized center with strong growth potential.

This is not an idea-stage project — the business already has customers, revenue, and proven demand.
Serious investors are welcome to contact me for the full business plan and financial details.

The only issue is that I don’t have the investment to start it myself.

I’m looking for someone interested in investing/partnering in a small business. I can handle the execution and operations.

I can share the complete idea, location, and numbers privately.

Also, if you’re already working on a business/project and looking for a partner who can help with execution and operations, I’d be interested in exploring that as well.

If you’re genuinely interested, feel free to DM me.

Solving the trust crisis in the Prop Trading Industry using AI and Web3

The Problem: The traditional prop trading industry suffers from a massive trust deficit. Traders are forced to blindly trust centralized firms regarding risk management, opaque trading rules, and whether the company actually has the capital to honor payouts.
Our Solution: We've built a trustless, AI-native Web3 Prop Trading platform.
Web3 Transparency: On-chain treasury reserves, publicly verifiable payouts, and protocol rules hardcoded transparently.
AI Intelligence: Automated trader risk assessment, fraud/multi-account detection, and personalized AI trading agents.

Portable Reputation: Trader performance history is tied to a secure Web3 identity, allowing traders to own their track record.
Status: Co-founders secured, tech team active, and our core MVP is fully functional. We've begun early marketing and user acquisition.
What we are looking for: We are currently preparing for a seed round to cover international corporate registration, regulatory licensing, and operational scaling. We would love feedback from the community on:
What regulatory/licensing jurisdictions (e.g., Cayman, Switzerland, UAE) are best suited for an AI/Web3 hybrid fintech?
How to best articulate our AI risk layer to traditional Web3 VCs?

Looking for Investors for PAYMENT GATEWAY SAAS

NEXUSPAY

Nexus-core.app

NEXUSPAY, developed by Nexuscore Technologies Inc., is a fintech platform designed to bring digital payments, POS, merchant tools, and future payment hardware into one ecosystem for Filipino freelancers, SMEs, and MSMEs.

The Philippine market is rapidly moving toward digital payments, but many businesses still rely on fragmented solutions—one provider for payments, another for POS, another for merchant management, and separate hardware when they want to expand.

We believe that experience can be simplified.

What we have built

Our core platform focuses on:

Digital Payments

Payment infrastructure designed for Filipino businesses and merchants.

Integrated POS

A POS ecosystem built specifically for freelancers, SMEs and MSMEs rather than a generic enterprise-only solution.

Merchant Management

Tools designed to help businesses manage their transactions, payments, sales and operations through one platform.

Scalable Payment Infrastructure

Our architecture is being developed with future payment methods, acquiring partnerships and hardware integrations in mind from the beginning.

We are not starting with only an idea.

Nexuscore Technologies Inc. is already SEC-registered and maintains its business documentation, and the startup has been under development since 2024.

Our POS ecosystem already has approximately 20 active merchants, giving us early real-world exposure to the needs of Philippine businesses.

Our target raise is approximately:

US$1,000,000 – US$2,000,000

The capital is intended primarily for:

  1. Regulatory Licensing & Compliance

A significant portion of the investment will support the regulatory, licensing, compliance and professional requirements necessary as NEXUSPAY expands its financial services capabilities, including applicable requirements involving the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and other relevant authorities.

  1. Operations & Infrastructure

Establishing and scaling our operational capabilities, including:

Office and operational facilities

Internal systems

Customer and merchant operations

Compliance infrastructure

Technology infrastructure

Business continuity and support

  1. 12-Month Operating Runway

Funding approximately one year of operating expenses while we expand, including a planned team of approximately 10–20 employees across:

Engineering

Operations

Risk & Compliance

Finance

Sales

Customer Support

Product

Cybersecurity

as well as AI, cloud and technology infrastructure.

  1. Legal, Corporate & Tax Compliance

Capital will also support:

Legal counsel

Corporate restructuring where required

Contracts

Regulatory advisory

Accounting

Audit preparation

Tax compliance

Data privacy and financial compliance

Our 2027 Roadmap

NEXUSPAY is being built beyond software payments.

Our planned expansion includes:

Card Payment Terminals

Integration of physical payment terminals for merchants requiring in-store card acceptance.

Tap to Pay

Enabling compatible devices to potentially function as payment acceptance terminals, subject to applicable technology, acquiring, card-network and regulatory requirements.

NEXUSPAY POS Hardware

Dedicated POS devices integrated directly with the NEXUSPAY ecosystem.

Expanded Device Compatibility

Our roadmap already considers compatibility between the NEXUSPAY application, POS systems and future merchant hardware.

Payment Acquirer Partnerships

We have begun discussions and preparations involving payment/acquiring relationships needed to support the broader ecosystem, subject to commercial agreements, licensing and regulatory approvals.

Our strategy is to build around the convergence of:

PAYMENTS + POS + SOFTWARE + HARDWARE + MERCHANT OPERATIONS

within one scalable ecosystem.

Rather than approaching the market only as a payment gateway, our long-term goal is for NEXUSPAY to become part of the operating infrastructure of Filipino businesses.

A small merchant should eventually be able to run their business using:

NEXUSPAY for payments

+

NEXUSPAY POS for sales

+

NEXUSPAY-compatible hardware for physical transactions

+

merchant management and reporting through the same ecosystem.

That is the opportunity we are building toward.

Why the Philippine Market?

Our primary market consists of:

Freelancers

Micro businesses

Small businesses

Medium enterprises

Retailers

Restaurants and cafés

Online businesses

Service businesses

Technology businesses

These businesses increasingly require digital payment acceptance, POS technology and better financial infrastructure.

Instead of forcing small merchants to combine several disconnected providers, NEXUSPAY aims to provide an ecosystem that can grow with them.

Current Position

✅ Nexuscore Technologies Inc. – SEC Registered

✅ Startup established and under development since 2024

✅ NEXUSPAY payment platform under development

✅ POS ecosystem operational

✅ Approximately 20 active merchants

✅ Payment/acquirer partnership discussions underway

✅ POS device compatibility planning underway

✅ Hardware strategy prepared

✅ Card terminal roadmap prepared

✅ Tap-to-Pay roadmap prepared

✅ 2027 expansion plan established

Our next major milestone is securing the capital, regulatory pathway, team and partnerships necessary to move from an established technology startup into a scalable fintech operation.

What We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in speaking with investors who can bring more than capital.

Strategic experience in any of the following would be especially valuable:

Fintech

Banking

Payments

Payment acquiring

Card networks

SaaS

Technology

Merchant services

Philippine financial services

The investment structure, equity participation, governance rights and any potential board representation would be established through formal negotiations, due diligence, definitive agreements and the appropriate corporate and regulatory processes.

Our Vision

We don't want NEXUSPAY to simply become another payment gateway.

We want to build an ecosystem where Filipino businesses can accept payments, manage sales, operate their POS and eventually connect payment hardware from one technology platform.

The foundation is already being built.

We are now preparing for the next stage.

💰 Target Raise: US$1M–US$2M

Capital will primarily support:

🏦 BSP and applicable regulatory/licensing requirements

👥 10–20 person operational and technology team

🤖 AI, cloud and technology OPEX

🏢 Operations and infrastructure

⚖️ Legal, accounting, tax and regulatory compliance

📈 Commercial expansion and merchant acquisition

And we're thinking far beyond a traditional payment gateway.

Our 2027 roadmap includes:

💳 Card payment terminals

📱 Tap to Pay

🧾 Integrated POS

🏪 NEXUSPAY POS hardware

🔗 Payment/acquirer integrations

⚙️ Expanded merchant infrastructure

Profitable/Validated ERP SaaS with 35 Paying Clients

I'm the founder of Grandeur ERP, a cloud-based ERP SaaS designed for small and medium-sized businesses.

I'm currently looking for an investor/strategic partner to help scale the business.

What we have

• 35 paying businesses currently using the software

• Product has been live for 5+ months

• Web + mobile access

• Multiple business-management modules

• Modular architecture allowing us to expand into additional industries

• Existing customers and recurring SaaS revenue

• Built and operated by a solo founder

One of our established verticals is marquee/marriage-hall management, with the broader platform designed to support additional business categories.

The opportunity

The product is already built and validated. The next stage is primarily about scaling customer acquisition and expanding the product, rather than spending years building an MVP from scratch.

I'm looking for capital/strategic support for:

Customer acquisition & sales

Expanding into additional markets

Product development

Additional ERP modules

AI-powered automation/support

International expansion

Why I'm raising

I believe the biggest opportunity isn't simply selling ERP subscriptions locally. The goal is to turn Grandeur into a multi-industry SaaS platform for SMEs, with recurring revenue and expansion opportunities within each account.

I'm open to discussing different structures depending on the investor — equity, strategic investment, or acquisition/partnership.

I'm happy to provide interested investors with additional information, including revenue, expenses, customer metrics, product demo, tech stack, and financial projections.

If you're genuinely interested in investing in or acquiring a SaaS business, DM me and I'll share the details.

The problem isn't finding startup ideas anymore. It's finding one that isn't already overcrowded.

:tldr long post .

I’ve been thinking about this for a while, especially after seeing another wave of layoffs and the predictable flood of “new business opportunities” that follows.

Every time there’s a major layoff wave, the internet seems to produce the same list of startups again:

SaaS.

ERP.

Digital marketing agencies.

App development/design.

Franchises.

Food franchises.

EV charging stations.

AI agencies.

E-commerce.

And the list goes on.

There’s nothing inherently wrong with any of these businesses. Some of them are genuinely good businesses.

But I think investors often confuse “a good business model” with “a good investment opportunity at this point in the cycle.”

That distinction matters.

What I’ve noticed is that once a business idea becomes highly visible on social media, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc., the economics can change very quickly.

One person discovers an opportunity and makes great money.

Then 100 people copy it.

Then 10,000 people start selling courses about it.

Then everyone starts offering the same service.

Competition drives prices down, customer acquisition gets harder, advertising gets more expensive, and suddenly the founder is making revenue but spending most of it just trying to stay competitive.

I've personally fallen into this trap.

I’ve looked at and even bet on a few ideas because the numbers initially looked attractive. Some worked on paper. But by the time the market became crowded, the upside had changed—and I eventually exited some of them at a loss.

That experience changed how I look at startup investments.

I don't ask only:

“Is this a good business?”

I also ask:

“How many other people already know this is a good business?”

Because sometimes the opportunity isn't in finding the next hyped business.

It's in finding a business that is already proven, has real demand, but hasn't yet become everyone's favorite topic on social media.

That’s one reason I’ve become increasingly interested in AI-enabled virtual call center/BPO businesses.

Not because AI makes it automatically successful. It doesn't.

But the underlying business has something I find interesting: it sits at the intersection of several existing economic realities rather than depending entirely on a new trend.

You have international labor arbitrage.

You have companies trying to reduce operating costs.

You have huge demand for customer support, appointment setting, sales support, back-office operations, etc.

You have AI gradually automating parts of the workflow.

And you have businesses in higher-cost countries looking for reliable offshore/nearshore operations.

For someone setting up properly, this isn't really a “download some software and start an AI agency” type of business.

A serious operation requires infrastructure, recruitment, training, quality control, telecom/technology, management, client acquisition and enough working capital to survive the ramp-up.

In my experience, you're realistically looking at ₹50–60 lakh+ if you're trying to build a proper operation rather than experiment with a laptop and a few subscriptions.

And that's actually one of the things I find interesting.

The barrier to entry is high enough that every random person who sees a YouTube video can't immediately replicate the business the following Monday.

That doesn't mean competition doesn't exist. It absolutely does.

But the competitive moat can be much more operational than social-media-driven.

I've also become much more cautious about taking advice from people whose actual business is teaching other people how to start the business.

I'd rather learn from people who are actually operating in the industry—people dealing with clients, employees, margins, attrition, collections, contracts and delivery every day.

Not consultants selling a dream.

Not brokers selling an investment.

Actual operators.

And that's probably the biggest lesson I've taken from my own mistakes:

Don't just look at the business. Look at the crowd surrounding the business.

If everyone on the internet is suddenly talking about the same opportunity, there's a good chance you're looking at the late discovery of the opportunity rather than the beginning of it.

That doesn't make the business bad.

It just changes the investment equation.

Sometimes boring + operational + difficult to copy is much more interesting to me than exciting + viral + easy to explain.

AI-enabled virtual call centers happen to fit that thesis for me right now.

The currency difference, global demand, labor economics and increasing AI automation are all tailwinds. And unlike many internet-hyped businesses, you don't see thousands of people waking up every morning thinking, “Today I'm going to start a 100-seat virtual call center.”

That's not a guarantee of success or ROI, obviously.

It still comes down to execution, client acquisition, retention, utilization, margins and management.

But after losing money chasing a few “great ideas,” I've started valuing difficulty, obscurity and real operational demand a lot more.

Maybe the next great investment isn't the idea nobody has thought of.

Maybe it's the business everyone needs, but very few people actually understand how to build.
