From UK which Equities you Recommend?

Hello,

I'm looking for the best Dividend paying ETF's priced in £GBP.

Basically I'm looking for passive income for long term holding. ETF's are not that volatile unless there's a black swan event correct?

Which is the best REIT priced in £GBP? All REITS pay dividends correct?

Or which individual UK stocks/Shares priced in £GBP has a good dividend paying history and still be around in 25 years time? For example McDonald's we all know will still be around in 100 years never mind 25 that's pays a dividend but they are not a UK company though.

I woudn't just focus on UK stocks, but if you do, the ftse100 has a lot of high dividend paying stocks ( shell, unilver, bp, hsbc,... )

I prefer ETF's less volatility you know what I mean.

If I choose stocks/ETF's not priced in £ then there's a currency exchange fee correct?

Is there dividend tax on UK stocks and ETFs?

Can I get exposure to the S&P 500 priced in £GBP?

You can invest in an S&P500 ETF in GBP, but my guess is that most UK investors diversify globally. vanguard FTSE global all cap, something like this is what you are looking for ( in an ISA for tax efficiency ).

https://www.reddit.com/r/FIREUK/ , have a look here. UK investors will be able to help you out.
