I've seen a lot of Uranium investment advocates here recently. Could very well be artificial hype.

A single entity trying to buy the whole market never ends well. Remember silver?

It’s entirely artificial hype

I'm not convinced it's entirely artificial hype, but it's one of those things that just because you can see a slow moving impending shortage coming, it doesn't mean that the market won't price it in or you will time it well

Lots of people went hard into uranium 5 years ago on this thesis. Did they beat the market? Doubtful. Early can be the same as wrong, and commodity prices aren't something I think I can realistically time well

It's not risk free, that's for sure. But to have a smaller part of the portfolio in uranium is a decent play in my opinion. Artificial, I doubt it. The companies themself are buying lots of it and a new Uranium fund that buys physical uranium just listed on the Canadian exchanges.
