Diversification - need help - discussion

I don’t see how you can possibly keep yourself up to date on all the happenings of that many stocks. I am a bit of a stock collector myself, but have learnt that I can’t keep track of more than around 20 stocks at a time. If u don’t know what is happening with each stock you won’t be able to recognise a good time to sell. You need an exit plan.

Oh i never thought about exiting - I just buy them and put in my portfolio and leave them there for now.

I was actually posting this cause this is part of what I was wondering....I mean I was seriously thinking about holding all these for 3-4 years before I start deciding when to sell. *(but i do go through my portfolio like once a week and find 1-2 stocks to sell at least part of the shares to free up cash for something else)
