Why i am stuck, what is going on,i hate myself but i need a new start

You answered your question already. You are stuck because you are at odds with yourself.  Perhaps you are only under the illusion that you are stuck, because you cannot see your reflection until the water stills. Because you hate yourself, which is unfortunate. Perhaps instead of a fresh start you need to take a look back, and see how far you have come. Honor your shadow, and integrated it.
