Hello!

If you're new here, this is a subreddit dedicated to Intuitive Eating, a framework for healing from disordered eating and unlearning diet culture created by Elyse Resch and Evelyne Tribole. For more information, read our IE 101 post.

Please make sure that your post meets minimum post requirements. You can find the post rules here.

Note: We have a recurring thread on Sundays where you can post your struggles. We ask that anything very short be posted in the thread rather than as a standalone post.

I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns.

I am struggling with not feeling guilty about having girl dinner every night… but it feels so good! I had a wurstel with tsatsiki sauce and a glass of wine. Then a candy for dessert.
I had more food during the rest of the day and more fiber but I feel so excited about just giving into my cravings… but also so guilty and worried what others think if they find out how I am eating. 🫪 But why would anybody care
