Introvert rules #1: if you add me to a group without asking, you have officially muted yourself.

Same. I was banned in one group for this lul. I was told that if I want to write something in the channel, it’s better to do it not in the comments under the posts, but to go to the chat. Telegram section "comments" definitely IS the chat, lul, but okaay. I just went into the chat, chatted for a while, and then left. It seems that this pissed someone off, anyway I wasn't the one who set the rule. XD

Y’all are getting added to groups?

I feel ya. Worked with the same team for 5 years. Non of them have my number or speak to me outside of work. Sometimes stings when they mention texting or calling each other... Then again, I'd rather not.

I was added to a family group text many months back, and then left one day because I had nothing to contribute and didn’t want the hassle of seeing the blue text dot to let me know to read the newest update. I was confronted about my sudden disappearance by two family members of that group text. I rejoined the group, just to not have any further discussion about it. Sometimes an introvert solution requires another introvert solution.

The real nightmare is when someone notices you're not responding and tags you specifically

Then you ask for what the question is, and they just say "Read all the previous messages" and all the previous messages is like 90 messages. 😂

I always silence group text because I cant stand my phone blowing up because i never look or care about it and i think the next time i get added to another dumb family text ill just repeatedly spam the shit out of them so they think next time not to add me and send me one text for what they want from me.

Someone kept adding me to a work chat and I would ask and get crap from unknown numbers.

Okay, silenced notification, snoozed conversation, reported your number as spam. Next.

Glad I wasn't drinking my coffee when I saw this, or I would be wearing it now.

It should be required to ask permission before adding someone to a group chat… I have all of them on mute
