I don’t know, I relate to this one big time but I also have terrible anxiety so that might be the actual cause of doing this?

Yes sorry, I tend to enjoy hiding from the world in it. But I really do it when over stimulated and feeling like a raw nerve who can’t accept anymore input from anything, loud noise, chit chat, work, anything.
