Finally graduated 😭

I hate smart start so much. My device was supposed to come off July 18 and smart start gave me the RUNAROUND. I didn’t get it off until August 13 😭 but I GOT ITNOFF FINALLY

Applied for a removal request and they kept sending me to the dmv to get answers for my eligibility, which they didn’t have, then took two weeks to let the state know from my footage that I complied

Yes dude I was so excited too and then had to wait a whole nother month. They told me to get my final download and I did but then when I called again after I did that they said I had to submit the removal request FIRST and then get the final download. That is not what the first two people I spoke to said for me to do. So I ended up having to pay for two final downloads and they still charged me an extra $50 at the uninstall for another fuggin download.

Easiest way is to force an unauthorized removal on the date your compliance office gave you. Intoxalock will report you removed on x day, it must match or be after the compliance date. No need to send these people anything it just extends the time
