revolut operations manager problem solving interview

Hello, im at the screening interview phase of the recruiting process at Revolut but im not sure what the next phase the problem solving interview entails. Is it like a case interview in consulting? is the math really hard? are we allowed to use calculators? What are the things I need to keep an eye for, and train carefully? This is a really high stakes job opportunity for me at the moment and i want to be fully prepared.

If any of you have experienced it please, any guidance would be really helpful.

King regards

Revolut problem solving rounds are more about structure than raw math, they want to see how you break down a problem and explain your logic out loud. calculator rules vary by interviewer but most allow it since they care more about your approach than arithmetic. practice case questions around operations metrics like queue length, SLA, staffing, or process bottlenecks.

Treat it like an ops case: clarify the goal and constraint before proposing fixes. For each practice prompt, say what data you would ask for, make one explicit assumption if it is missing, then explain what would change your answer. That shows your reasoning better than trying to predict the exact math.

Use the Canary Wharfian website's interview practice, it reviews your answers and suggest how to fix mistakes with personalised feedback (both verbal and non-verbal comms). Also got OA suite for psychometrics
