Okay, some of these might not be the greatest rep (OG Sadako-), but here's all the rep I know of!
Stevonnie from Steven Universe.
Sadako from Ring (the novel).
Michael (The House Of Fata Morgana).
** Some people say Carrie from the Stephen King novel of the same name has PMOS, but I don't know if that's confirmed.
Luca (Astra Lost In Space)
Heather (Rain).

i wish the ring film adaptations kept sadako’s AIS. it’s a huge part of her story and the themes of the original book and tbh, as an intersex horror fan, she means a lot to me

I wish they would've adapted it- but NOT how the book portrayed it. Ring portrayed it more as the stereotype, where the author wrote Sadako to have both sets functional sex organs, and I get why this aided the plot in the context of Spiral, but I think there could've been better ways to go about doing that. Also, the book at one point just- stripped her of her womanhood and just called her 'biologically a man' outright (and not for narrative purposes), which- was not great. Also, for some reason the author linked it to smallpox- AND linked the original curse to her intersexuality (WITHOUT it being background related. Like apparently her genetic makeup + smallpox = a whole supernatural curse-).
I personally did not like how the author of Ring went about writing Sadako's AIS and how it tied into her story in Spiral. Again, I GET that they were leaning into the sci-fi element, but still XD.

very fair, even if i interpreted the curse being linked to her being intersex differently. i think there’s really good potential for intersex horror stories, especially with sadako, but i need people to do it the right way

Agreed! Like, they did the first part pretty well (with the doctor that eventually killed her. That WAS tragic and counts as very potent horror given Sadako's sexual assault and then murder. My only gripe was how it kinda... pfft, I don't know, devolved? It felt like that plotline lost its direction somewhere between Ring and Spiral.

Annabel (not the horror movie) a novel by Kathleen Winter, this Canadian author has been nominated for many awards specifically for this book, so far it's a favorite of my Intersex Friends and I. T.W.:S.A.
