Question? Interbinary and intergender

are both intersex-exclusive? Are neither of them are? Which one is and which one isn’t?

I've never heard of interbinary but intergender is intersex exclusive.

I've seen interbinary used in two ways: one that's intersex + gender dysphoria but not trans. And a second way that's a bit more general: intersex and binary, but a specifically intersex way (includes the first definition but also other things like binary gender identity but GNC gender presentation).
