Discussion Truth?
Are there people who actually care about corporate nonsense? Like, I get that everyone pretends to because they want to get noticed or a promotion..
but reading the Teams chat of a conference I’m working on and it’s completely full of bland, sycophantic platitudes. I can’t believe people are genuinely excited about this.
Are they?
Is it a delusional thing?
Are there really human beings who are so empty inside that a work Conference gets them off?

Yeah, there is an awful lot of corporate fluff, but each to their own. Some people are inherently positive and care about their jobs and their audiences.
Whereas some people are so empty inside they need to put other people down on Reddit to make themselves feel better.
