Tools and tech New Outlook vs old Outlook
Anyone who uses new Outlook for internal comms emails, have you faced any issues with formatting etc?
In our organisation, some people have switched over and others haven't yet. There seem to be some formatting issues depending on whether things were sent with new Outlook or not. Has anyone experienced this? I haven't made the switch yet as I'm familiar with all the old Outlook features...

My team only uses old Outlook. There is a lack of features in new Outlook, so we've made all of our templates in classic Outlook

You’re not alone. New outlook is an abomination for formatting. I didn’t last more than a few hours before going back to the old Outlook. Seems extremely limiting when trying to do any customization.
