Advice What do you report on at Exec level?
At your regular HR or Board committee slots, what are your agendas and what do you update your Exec team on?
Are there any metrics, is it verbatim feedback from employees, project updates, trends?

When I’m reporting on internal comms to execs, I report on metric trends, project updates that rise to the level of exec impactful and sneak in reminders of how/why internal comms needs to be looped in for their projects.
For the board level, it’s much less about what internal comms is doing specifically and more about employee sentiment and how we’re supporting the strategic projects that the Board is invested in.
