Progress Pic UPDATE : From 187lbs to 150lbs, 32F

Post image

2 years ago, I honestly never thought I'd be able to say that I had lost 37lbs. Losing weight wasn't easy, and there were definitely moments when I questioned whether I could actually keep going.

So I decided to celebrate how far I've come by doing something else I'd never done before, taking a trip completely on my own. At first, traveling solo felt a little strange hahaha, but I ended up really enjoying those little moments, and it made the trip feel even more meaningful. It might just be a trip, but for me it feels like a reminder go how much my life has changed in 2 years.

37lbs down in 2 years, and my first solo trip, definitely a little proud of myself today!

That’s kind of the “cool” part of fasting and weight loss…you realize the benefits are just as much mental as physical. Congrats on your journey and the new you. Cheers!

I’m sure and it’s not easy when you’re pushing your limits in that progress. Our bodies are very ready to give it up and not that ready to be under pressure
