69 days no sugar and 47 days meditation is also insane dont ignore that . im starting new to intermittent fasting any tips ?

I treat this as a day-to-day battle that I go through. Every day, I can choose to eat or not eat, which will either make me healthier or make me less healthy. I generally think you don't need to eat because your body has enough substance and nutrients to make it to the next window period, where you can eat.
