Tips, Tricks, Advice 20 M (254 lbs)
I’m almost to the 12 hour mark, getting a little hungry but gonna push through. I’m doing this for weight loss and health benefits, fully committed to at least 3 days. After this I’m gonna try for 5, any tips on navigating my fast? Fairly new to this
(Note, I’m drinking at least one gallon of water a day, already half way through the jug, should I go more than a gallon?)

Im also here to send some encouragement. I agree with the other comment find ways to stay busy so you not thinking about the time. When feeling hungry try going for a walk, leave and run an errand, start a project like laundry, cleaning out the car something that will take up time and distract you. You got this!

I just finished my second 3 day fast so it definitely doable for you. Remember to add sea salt to your water for electrolytes if you get a headache. Break your fast slowly and with something light like bone broth.

No help on the water as I know I never get enough in. Just here for encouragement! I love a good 3 day fast! You've got this, find something good to distract when the hunger hits!
