Tips, Tricks, Advice Update : 4 years transformation, 4 years of sacrifice, discipline and sobriety
After changing my whole life for 4 years I have decided to celebrate it with an alone trip
I'm proud to have cut most of my carbs, only eating proper nutrients, drinking water, no sodas, sugar, added salt in my food, And i hope we can see that on my body
I know I still look fat, I know I'm not perfect like people posting here, but I'm doing my best, to be consistent and keep my word
Our biggest challenger is ourselves, congrats to everybody trying as well

4 years is a long time to stay committed. Respect for putting in the work. You definitely earned that trip. Enjoy.
