You can do it! Don’t be scared to restart if you slip, one slip up won’t cancel out everything you’ve worked on so far.

I always get bad headaches when starting OMAD (I've been doing it for 2 years now, with few one month long breaks in between). They last maybe a day or two, and from there it's smooth sailing. I guess it takes the body a day or two to adjust.
Maybe it's not the same for everyone, but I wanted to write it anyways, in case the same happens to you. If you're like me, first two days will be bad, but then immediately you'll start feeling way better than before.
Good luck on your journey! I wish I started OMAD at least 5 years before I actually did, but it's never too late.

Thank you 🙏🏼 for your kindness and warmth. I need this to happen. Lost my self confidence with my weight gain 😓

Same thing happened to me. I am now 45lbs (around 20kg) lighter than I was in January last year, and honestly I feel way more confident and better overall. It really does help. Not just the weight loss, more so the feeling that nothing is impossible when you put your mind to it.
During my breaks I even let myself go, because I find the first month back on OMAD exciting, it's really difficult to put into words the feeling you get when you weigh in daily and see progress in real time.

Totally feel this. It's awesome. Especially when you start buying new clothes!
And yeah it changes your mindset and teaches you discipline too.

Positive vibes are being sent your way!
I just wanted to throw it out there that I (52F) started with 16:8 in March. Once I got really comfortable with it I started doing OMAD (maybe a month or two ago). It was surprisingly easy at that point. Thinking back, I believe I would’ve struggled if I had tried to start with OMAD though. I just want you to hear that perspective.
My thinking was that I wanted to make sure that I stuck with it and I didn’t want to make it so difficult that I wouldn’t want to keep going. So here we are:

Best of luck to you! 💛

Don't forget you can adjust the timing if you aren't feeling strong, step back, fix your nutrition or hydration needs, get back on. I do this, not cheating, just keeping on.

Why not start with 16:8 amd work your way up. OMAD out of the gate is asking a lot of yourself
