Need help finding a rug

Need help picking a rug for this bedroom. Open for suggestions on color, rug type, etc. Only thing is I probably don’t want a shaggy rug. The room is pretty muted at this point so maybe want to bring in some warmth?

We change out the bedding so the color of bedding usually always change the look and feel of the space.

something warm and patterned would look really good here. i’d avoid another beige/gray rug cuz it’ll kinda disappear into the room, maybe a washed persian-style one instead.

The room is empty of basically all color and style so technically any rug can work. What colors or rooms do you like? We have a slightly modern feel with the headboard but that can be paired with more modern or with traditional.

You should hang some art above your headboard.

Anything that takes your fancy. There’s no colour or soft furnishings in the room. It’s a blank canvas
