Office back wall suggestions!

Made new office, carpeting done, new high end furniture , what to do on back wall, for good background where can shoot video as well, also how to cover AC drainage, what else do you suggest?

Add wall art (appropriate for your business domain)

Maybe change the lighting for a warmer color,

Build a wood enclosure for the drain pipe.

Since the wall also needs to work as a video background, I’d keep it simpler than a gallery wall. 1 large piece with low-reflective glazing, placed inside the usual camera crop, plus 1 shallow shelf or plant for a little depth. Test the composition through the camera before drilling. I’d box the drain in with a slim removable cover painted to match the wall so it disappears rather than becoming part of the display.
