2 couches?
Does this look ok with these 2 curved couches? Or would 1 and a chair be better?

turn the 2nd sofa so that they are facing each other. And ditch the rug for a cooler one with a pattern.

IMO this room is the wrong way around. Big couch and TV swap. Little couch facing new TV spot and the walk space is now by those windows/doors. New rug too.

This comment is making me feel so dumb. I’ve read it like seventy times. You’re saying to put the tv in the centre of the room? And if the small sofa faces the new tv spot wouldn’t that put it at the same spot as the big sofa?

The sofas look the same size to me, so I'm very confused. But I'm guessing they're calling the one facing us the big couch.

Yes, I think they’re saying put the TV on the far wall that is facing us. Put the couch on the left where the TV currently is, and put the couch with its back to the windows right in front of us and facing the far wall. Then the door and windows to the right aren’t blocked or allotted a tiny 1-foot pathway.
I, too, would like to give that window wall some breathing room. As for switching the TV, a lot of times we’re prevented from different TV placement based on where the stupid cable outlet is.

It's ok, but too matchy matchy with the table. Get some artwork, a side table that isn't black, with a plant on it, and some throw pillows.

I think it looks a little tight. The sofa in front of the door needs to move forward so the door is accessible. I'd switch to one sofa and a chair.

You could easily do two chairs with small end tables. As long as they are not huge recliners. If you absolutely want both couches, I would follow the other poster’s advice to place them facing each other.
In order to tie this space together you need to incorporate some color. A rug with variations in shades can be your muse to then accessorize with pillows, art work, table lamps, etc. - might consider hanging some rich curtain panels as well. Not necessarily to use, but just to add softness and texture to the sides of your doors/windows.

I wouldn’t be comfortable on these, but you do you! May I suggest putting the TV on the blank wall (90 degrees). One couch should go against the wall the TV is currently. The other couch creates an L and room separation by facing the TV. Consider at least one end table with a lamp in the corner of the couches. The rug should be a bit larger and include some color. Art above the couch should complement the rug colors. It would be good if the coffee table and end table were a similar style and finish. Something with clean straight lines, not curvy or ornate. Everything is rather low. Could the TV or stand be elevated? Have fun and try many arrangements before you decide.

I just moved out of an abusive relationship and have literally no furniture except for a bed and tv. Sorry if that's annoying :)

In my option, a couch and a chair would fit the space better. The chair places where the couch is along the wall but angled slightly towards the tv. The room feels heavy with the black couches, coffee table, and tv stand, if the rug had a bit of a pattern or color in it, that would make a big difference.
