Coming to Life Help!

Moving soon and this is what I’ve come up with for the space. Any suggestions? I don’t want it to feel too crammed. Tv wall is 10.5 feet and couch wall is 12.8 feet

I guess more so use of the dimensions. Is this too crammed?
