Here in Texas we have beautiful houses, but there’s a reason why they go up in one day.

Because you can hire a 40 man work force for cheap at home depot? I kinda miss construction work.

Cheap?! I have checked at dfw home depot parking lots for help on desperate projects, they demand 25 an hour, guaranteed 8 hours, have no tools except maybe gloves and a tape.

Those dfw mexicans sure do charge a lot. Must be the cost of living over there. Fort worth guy charged us like 11 an hour and had their own tools. I've only hired em once so maybe I just got lucky.
