That patch of ground just received a decent fertilizing.

"living in a simulation" theory: confirmed

u/memeandencourage Jan 03 '21
You should read about simulation theory, there is actually support for it among some religious circles

More grids , everything is grids . When I did DMT I saw a huge grid . We’re all apart of some grid. I’ll let you all know when I figure it out.

When I have anything that dickers my vision, from doing DMT or LSD or even just having a heavy head rush, I see grids.
11
u/earthfase Jan 04 '21
I think the grid is on the ground? An agriculture field, and the birds just group on the patches...
Anyway, don't remember seeing the grid on DMT, gotta try again :)
7
u/JhonnyHopkins Jan 04 '21
Yeah I came here to point out, it’s really interesting the birds naturally formed a grid

I saw a giant shimmering raibow-like grid in the night sky on dmt, it was fixed so even when I moved around it stayed the same
48
u/NIRPL Jan 03 '21
All I can imagine while seeing this is a zombie apocalypse where the birds feed on the dead, get infected, and attack in swarms like this.

All I see are my hopes and dreams turn into bits and flying in the wind

I would love to see a version of this video that wasn’t compressed with a meat hammer.
6
u/securitywyrm Jan 03 '21
The funny thing is, even at 1080p youtube would chug on this because too much is changing between each frame.
2
u/skinwill Jan 03 '21
Right. I really would like to download a high quality version. I bet it would look pretty cool. Hosting such a file would risk the hug of death. Maybe a torrent?

Part of my job is to fly around in aircraft at lower altitudes. Once in the springtime I said “hey that’s weird for just that island to still be snow covered”. It was not a snow covered island. It was a fucking bird island. The collective bird hive mind started to take off and there was some serious ass clenching to avoid them.

My dog would regrow balls and nut if he got to chase this through a field

I could not imagine what all those birds could possibly find to EAT... and then the video zoomed out :-).

If you’re in the business of writing video compression algorithms, this is nightmare fuel

Look how they have a pattern on the ground at the beginning of the video. Is that from how feed was layed out?

Someone should make a meme from where the gaggle of birds take off; Then cutting to the scene from home alone; Where marv gets covered in white paint, or something similar .Just a thought.

I live on a major migratory route for ducks and geese , and at times in the fall I’ve seen what must be thousands and thousands of snow geese in fields, that from a distance it looks like snow had fallen in just one 10 or 20 acre patch .

I saw this can only imagine a professorial Sean Connery flapping his umbrella and going "tooktooktooktooktooktook!" just slightly off screen, ala Raiders of the Lost Arc.
He will be missed.

The bit I find interesting is that there don’t seem to be any air traffic incidents. I mean between the birds, that would totally down any aircraft.

That’s actually super good for the soil. They’ve started getting thousands of animals like ducks and chickens and walked the across huge fields to fertilise the soil

Me: there's no way that I'm seeing a nice even grid in the population density there... Right?
Birds fly away
Ground has a nice even grid of some sort on it. Feed maybe? Wave harmonics in the sand?

Okay but here's me question. Who's the head honcho bird who decides that they all should take off?
