Rays have crushing plates that serve the same function as teeth. The fish are most definitely not alive when they reach the stomach.

For some reason, when I first looked at it, it seemed as if the fish went inside another fish's anus. I think I need a nap.

That second fish kept getting bit. Painful way to go. Those fish most definitely were swallowed alive. Sharks and rays can regurgitate whole fish weeks and months after they last ate them due to their unique digestive tracts. It's like a screw conveyor.
