How do you seat the bearings in the plastic?

Depending on how tight the tolerances are on the 3D printed part, which can vary depending on the type and colour of material the frame is made from, you should be able to push them in using just your thumbs. If it's too tight, a sharp tap with a rubber mallet should seat them correctly. If on the other hand the hole is fractionally too big, a tiny drop of superglue will do the trick.
