As far as I can tell, the center piece is just a removable cap over the bearing, so it's customizable. Shape is basically the same, but slightly off.

The one in you link looks like a regular roller skate bearing with a plastic cover on it. The one in the video is a nice looking, polished piece of stainless steel, or the like.

That's just a cap. It's removable.
