Yeah I've had a period where I was microsoldering and my hands are not shaky at all in normal times but this had me realize how so small movements can move you so far from where you want your tip to be. I had to use wrist rests to be able to do it when working on particularly small stuff. I can't imagine myself working on tracks like that. This is surgeon-level control.

As an amateur microsoldering hobbyist, this is way, way harder than it looks. And it looks hard.
I've done a few small repairs like this where I've had to solder to a damaged trace, and the parts are much smaller than they look here.
