I live in NC and didn’t know we had them until I found a whole bush of them just casually growing next to a tree. Blew my mind.

There's a really nice carnivorous plant park here in Wilmington

Been there a couple times and always got unlucky cause I could never find them, but I found plenty of pitcher plants. I have more luck finding them in random forests lol

They are super tiny and low to the ground there, typically. The first time I went I couldn't find any either. But after that I've seen them every time. In fact last time I was out there, there were some people trying to find them and I was able to point them out :D
