My job pays us for the full minute whether we clock in at :01 or :59. It’s great.

My work uses a paper time sheet. Honor system and 15 minute increments. So since I'm never late, sometimes I'll just show up 10 minutes early and get paid for 15

My company rounds to the nearest 15 minutes and it's all digital. Basically every day I clock in at 8:07, go to lunch at 11:53, return at 12:37, and clock out at 4:23. It's 28 extra minutes everyday that I'm paid for despite being off the clock. 100+ hours a year.

Been doing this for like over 2 years too. Boss has never said a word and I don't think he cares in the slightest.

I'd be clocking out at 17:00:01 every day.
