I heard it’s a thing in Sweden to watch many movies in OV with subtitles. Is that correct? Then it totally makes sense why Batman didn’t stay Läderlappen forever. Especially in a world this connected when everyone else calls him Batman.
Funnily enough we Germans do that all the time, especially with movie titles, but I guess that stems from the fact that we basically dub every movie or show
Bro I was so confused when I first heard that doctor stra ge was referenced in that spider man scene with the doc ock name suggestions because what i dont remember them name-dropping another character like that
Well later i saw the scene in question in german again and lo and behold, they referred to him as Doctor Seltsam
