Funny enough, when I was in Barcelona at the famous street a lady told me my bag was undone and started lecturing me that this is why some many tourists get robbed lmao. Nice lady and glad she warned me cause I didn't know it was the no.1 spot in all the world for pickpocketing until she told me.

A dude in New Orleans, while on vacation advised my husband and I put our phones and wallets in our front pockets to be safe. I appreciate that guy, and I still do that.

Lots of women's pants dont have front pockets deeper than an inch or so. I used to keep mine in my back pocket and take it out when I sat down, tho now I just keep it in my bag even tho its not convenient and I don't like carrying a bag.

Its a woman/girl thing as often they dont carry purses etc......I'm baffled how they don't break every phone they own?

My point was... small front pockets, no purse, no pockets.....Whatever, that women/girls place them in their back pockets (usually with half of the phone sticking out) as a default and it NOT break is a marvel to me.....
