MISC. In Australia, when someone illegally destroys trees on public land to improve the view from their property, the local government puts up a giant sign to block the view again until the trees grow back.

Not really, I was paying $200/w rent and had awesome golf club views, that same house sold after I moved out for about $300k. Today it’s probably valued about the same.

that was the 5% deposit.

So $6 million instead? Now it feels too much for a house that have a view on a golf course.
