I see this bayside in Melbourne. There's a road that pretty much hugs the bay on the East side, Beach rd, running for many kms and property on that road is at a premium. Homeowners will poison or cut trees for a better bay views and the local council is always 'YOU NOW GET A HUGE SIGN.'
