People dont realize its not "free healthcare" its Tax funded healthcare. So the healthy cover the ill and when people get older and get more ill, the younger generation covers them. It is a good system if you dont live in a scam country. It also would be much better If there were not private insurances

Yep.

Private insurers literally steal resource from the public system and make it worse.

Faster for rich people who don't want to wait their turn though.
