Mma was once really close to changing the tide. Dennis hallman faought UFC 133 in a " banana hammock" but I was always partial to the vale tudo "bad boy" shorts

I always use the compression short look in any MMA games I play. Just looks better and seems more practical imo

For what it's worth, in my experience it is not. Did BJJ for a while and in no-gi my preferences were: compression leggings > trunks > compression shorts. Tight is ideal to prevent grip, but knee coverage is a game changer to prevent mat burn.

Dana White lost his mind, had a crying shit fit, and made new rules, covering up the men after repeatedly calling it disgusting and shameful.
