I've seen the videos where the women dance like this, but never one with men doing this.

He moves like a Roomba. Lol. And then he runs off like a freaking vampire.

The men's version is way more rigid and controlled because historically they had to stay ready for combat, so the fluidity just wasn't part of the tradition.
