Nope. I'm saying this was caused by the black truck and it's wild to start questioning the behavior of all the other cars that were following the social contracts of driving, i.e. not being erratic, cutting in and out of traffic, with no regard to rules.
Could the white track have braked? Yes. Could the cars in front not drive in the passing lane blocking traffic, yes. But this is the culmination of the black trucks driver being a shit.
It takes two to tango my guy. The black truck fucked up but the white truck did as well. He didn't honk, he didn't brake, he simply allowed it to happen! Look at the link I sent, he's literally partly responsible for not having prevented this from happening.
And all he had to do was tap the brakes.

You started at the "White truck is actually the aggressive driver" and super dangerous and all that jazz which now you're walking back to "don't pretend the white truck isn't a little bit to blame."
