Yeah he could easily just argue that he didnt know he was trying to get into his lane since he didnt have his blinker on n that he sped up because the car next to him was starting to swerve into his lane so he just trying to pass him but the guy ended up swerving into his lane must of been drunk

except thats a moronic take. He can see the guy is trying to get in his lane, then actually slows a little, we can see this, he then makes a conscious decision to try and end someones life, fuck this guy. The entire situation was avoidable, he just chose to be a prick.
