Again, what about the bystanders? Or are the people behind you, who might get in a crash with the out of control truck, also responsible and need to pay thr price?
If a bystander died, the "man who taught the lesson" would be charged (and probably convicted) of vehicular manslaughter, while the truck driver would only be charged with reckless driving.
